This wonderful obscurity has turned up on at least 12 different Rockabilly compilations over the years on both vinyl and CD. The original was released on Southfield Records in March 1959 and the featured vocalists were Kimble & Wanda Janes. You can find it more easily on the Yeaah! CD 'Rockabilly Rarities Vol 1' or if you like to dig out some old vinyl try ' Rare Rockers From Small 1950's Labels Vol 5' released from the Netherlands by White Label Records. Also try not to confuse Gene with the man from The Byrds !
