This track was released in 1957 on Starday Records a label I have featured previously. It has appeared on a number of LP/CD compilations but if your looking for the ultimate in Barbershop Rockabilly then look no further than the compilation 'Kings Of The Ducktail Cats'. The vintage photo on the front cover of the CD album shows Joe Cirello who invented the D.A. back in the day when most barbershops looked like the one shown. Joe was a barber in Philadelphia, PA, USA in the 1940s. His DA was adopted by British and American youths during the 1950s.
